Do we have policies and procedures in place for audit/review of the logs created by the systems mentioned above? Business Associate Contracts We need to compile a list of IT related vendors with whom we do business Confirm which of these require BAAs and that they are in place Compile list of BAAs that need to be issued Compile list of existing BAAs that will need to be revised at the next renewal date to comply with the final rule Data Back Up Plan How is our info backed up and stored?
