Position:Healthcare Consultant BA/PM/Project Coordinator Location:Jacksonville ,FL Duration:6-8 Months Rate:$35/hr on Corp to Corp Major Responsibilities: Support implementation of large group to Client platform as follows: Review and compare various documents (e.g. SPD, prior carrier summary) to identify differences. Perform audits of SPR and GSS drafts to ensure complete, consistent and accurate information. Analyze and document results to support accurate benefit information to downstream partners Perform member website audit of benefit display for groups coming through implementation team to support accurate information and good customer experience. Rank their severity and coordinate necessary action with internal partner.
