Project Manager will attend regular brand team status/planning meetings, participate in the PRT meetings/process, manage Map submissions and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Ensure that global Oncology websites and digital initiatives are created and maintained to best in class standards by maintaining knowledge of best in class and current digital trends. Ensure functional integrity of all websites. Conduct vendor assessments and management. Onboarding of 3rd party vendors engaged in digital tactics (i.e. SSH paperwork, access to the integration zone of the EWS internet infrastructure hosted by Verizon Business for 3rd party vendors to be established through secure shell link, to enable secure web browsing and file transfers can be supported) , integration access, etc.) Manage Search Engine Marketing vendor to ensure that overall strategies for US websites are addressed. Lead SEM/SEO to maintain an impactful presence on the web. Coordinate with agencies (digital, ComIT, Wipro, Harte Hanks etc…) brand team and marketing communications to meet legal, regulatory, medical and ethical compliance requirements. Identify efficiencies and cost savings.
