Should have sound knowledge of Siebel Administration & OBIEE Administration 2. Experience in configuring Siebel Monitoring tool is required. OEM, RUEI, Germain tools configuration is preferred. 3. Must have working experience of Production support in at least 3 projects and one of them with Site-Minder authentication, Oracle DB, Siebel 8.x version and Siebel servers on Solaris. 4. Must have good knowledge on Siebel Architecture & Server Configurations 5. Good Communication and Analytical skills 6. Performance Tuning skills required 7. Good knowledge on OBIEE, Informatica, BI Publisher & DAC areas required *Experience Required* Strong in Siebel Administration, Monitoring, Prod Issues Analysis ,Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution *Roles & Responsibilities* : 1. Acts as a bridge between AA Prod Support and TCS team 2. Analyze pain areas and provide solutions 3. Find the gaps in current Deployment process and provide a better solution to minimize the deployment downtime & to reduce post-deployment issues 4. Work as a bridge between AA/TCS, IBM, HP and Oracle 5. Must have Disaster Recovery experience for Siebel implementations 6. Server Installation/Rollback/Administration with Clustering & High Availability. 7. Implementing OBIEE, BI Publisher, Informatica & DAC high availability 8. Experience in Siebel Integration areas, EIM, Siebel components & crash analysis 9. Must have Solaris working experience with required scripting 10. Must have Oracle DB knowledge with all required SQL queries preparation 11. Monitoring Prod Siebel environment 12. Prod Deployments 13. Applying patches in Siebel Enterprise, OBIEE, Informatica, BI Publisher & DAC servers 14. Performance tuning. Optimize Siebel Software Components with configurable parameters 15. Experience in Backups & Restore 16. Experience with Solaris OS UNIX shell (sh/ksh/bash/perl) scripting & Creating required scripts for Server Admin tasks 17. Pro Active monitoring 18. Changing Prod Accounts passwords 19. Using SARM 20. Load Balancing at Web layer & App layers 21. Having knowledge on Software version support by various vendors & checking with them for all versions supported in order to apply them in Prod 22.
