Hands on experience in Java, J2ee, ejb, jsp , jms , xml, web services 2. Should be well versed in configuring, troubleshooting WAS, Weblogic (Knowledge of Oracle application server would be an added advantage) 3. Experience in configuring various JVM options, enabling traces for debugging to tune application server 4. Have knowledge to apply JVM specific GC policies and their performance benefits 5. Experience in profiling JVM during development 6. Experience in using any JVMTI based monitoring tool , JMX for monitoring 7. Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring webservers, load balancers, LAN , WAN 8. Good understanding on Multi-threading concepts 9. Should be aware of coding best practices 10.
