They will be responsible for set-ups, problem resolution, troublseshooting, basic administration, develop and monitor workflows and security. It doesn’t have to be a 10 year veteran that’s knows everything . He’d like a peer to Manny and would consider someone else with a year or 2 of Informatica experience. If candidates have exposure to other areas of Informatica this is beneficial – they used MDM, Data Miner, Data Explorer and PowerExchange as well. Soft – good communication skills, able to speak up when there are issues regardless of the solution – someone that can speak their mind, team player that takes pride in their work Hours / Shift: regular business, they have yet to develop rotation schedule due to IBM still managing the environment, but things like patch work can happen on a Sunday from 5-midnight. They have to be open to that. Job Description We have two needs for the same position. Both will reside in Quincy and both could last a full year – depending on how this goes, there is the possibility of conversion to a FTE. We are looking for two Middleware Administrators Unique characteristics are: Powercenter installations and upgrades from 8.x to 9.x Setup and configure Powercenter domain, grid and services. Perform application migrations Identify root cause and implement resolution on processing issues.
