Urgently looking for CMS Application Support � Apps Support eCommerce Level: This person will work with the Cash Management System Application Manager to provide support for the Cash Management System applications. These include but are not limited to Lockbox, Remote Deposit, ACH processing, billing, check clearing, customer relationship management and customer onboarding. This person will be responsible for gathering user requirements, documenting these requirements both from a business perspective and a technical perspective. They will be responsible for communicating these requirements to the appropriate technical support teams and the setting user expectations. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Knowledge of Cash management products: Lockbox, Remote Deposit, ACH processing. College degree. Good writing skills.
