PRIMARY ROLE/FUNCTION The project manager's role is the overall
responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control
and closure of a Global Support Services portal project.

Job Duties Drive the end-to-end project process across various functional
teams, from resource planning through deployment
Setand manage expectations with clients and the internal team around
timelines, scope, and budget
Develop and manage the project plan within a scrum framework (task list,
schedule, resource assignments) Manage overall project communications,
including meeting facilitation, weekly status reporting, and project
information/documentation management Work with project teams to estimate
and manage project budget �Work to remove blocking issues impacting the
project schedule and scope �Manage project risks by defining and driving
the mitigation plan �Lead the change management process when there are
changes to project scope by assessing the impact to the project schedule,
budget, resource plan, and overall product quality �Work to set
expectations of roles and responsibilities within the project team �Drive
sign-off/approval from clients and the internal team on key project
deliverables �Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure
deliverables are completed on time with the appropriate quality �Evangelize
the project process and promote can do attitude Role and Responsibilities
�Evaluate project objectives and develop a project plan within the
parameters of the budget, time, and scope �Identify and analyze tasks
needed to execute projects and meet stakeholder�s expectations �Monitor the
health & progress of projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
�Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews �Delegate &
direct resources to ensure adherence to project plan �Maintain all relevant
documents, reports, and other project deliverables and ensure availability
�Actively coordinate, integrate, and provide input for project activities
�Utilize quality improvement tools and perform risk analysis and risk
mitigation �Evaluate and manage discrepancies & changes; implement
appropriate corrective action �Develop and maintain effective communication
vital to project success �Participate in the governance for the project and
provide updates �Vigorously support the project and influence the team
�Develop and implement project management processes and policies �Define
purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.
�Ensure projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Compliance,
Branding, and other relevant guidelines �Provide action plans to mitigate
risk and help implement them, when applicable. Monitor financial delivery
and issue management processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets
where necessary. �Act as a communication channel for ongoing project
management status and issues, and setting business expectations. �Plan,
execute, monitor, control and close projects �Monitor and report the
progress of the project �Utilize scheduling resources and time management
�Identify, procure, and maintain all necessary resources �Maintain project
deliverables and documentation �Communicate with stakeholders & sponsors
�Provide project guidance and direction �Identify risks and issues
�Identify and implement necessary changes �Change and escalation management
�Support the team and the PMO �Additional duties/responsibilities may be
assigned BASIC


*Job Requirements:* QUALIFICATIONS: �10+ years� experience in designing,
deploying, and supporting large scale, multi-store front, and global portal
solutions. �Systems management design and implementation experience. �Must
be able to proactively communicate status and identify risks. �4+ years in
Agile/Scrum Development projects (Must Have) �One or more of the following
certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile
Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Alliance�s Certified Scrum
Professional (CSP), Scrum Alliance�s Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO),
ADDITONAL QUALIFICATIONS / DESIRED: �Possess a general understanding of
application programming, database and system design �Experience managing
dynamic websites, web services, personalization, web analytics, and content
management solutions �Outstanding Client Interfacing skillset with the
ability to consult, facilitate, and present strong problem solving �Dynamic
and outgoing personality with the ability to take on multiple projects and
excel in a fast-paced environment �Experience in managing and delivering
across a combined in-source/out-source environment. �Systems management
design and implementation experience. �Excellent presentation, written and
