Support HMC version 7 and above. Ability to perform backup and recovery of the HMC. Linux utilizing RHEL, and software, volume, & security management of the Linux environment. Working with NFS and the configuration and monitoring of directories to servers. SAN connectivity. Configuration of multipath software, operational support of PowerPath, performance analysis of multipath software. SAN storage configuration utilizing EMC VNX & Isilon storage technology, and EMC CLARiiON. SAN zoning and port configuration. System administration utilizing automated tools and unix scripting: ksh, bash, perl. System performance analysis utilizing topas/nmon, SNMP tools (i.e. Solarwinds). Ability to configure and work with SNMP in the UNIX environment.
