*Description: Responsible for the overall program. Responsible for delivery (effort, schedule, quality). Responsible for customer satisfaction. Manages the contract and change control for the program. Manages the various project streams. Manages the client stakeholders and communicates with them on periodic basis. Creates and executes program plan and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a program and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes exposure and risk on project. Actively manages project issues to resolution. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. May track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manages project budget. Required Experience: 9 years project management of progressing experience ( with 5 specific SAP upgrade experiences). PMP certification preferred Implementations of an SAP upgrade to ECC 6.0 (ASAP methodology preferred) Experience with utilizing Solution Manager for the management of the upgrade project Experience coordinating project managers who are responsible for workstreams within the overall program Experience with Microsoft Project program-level planning. Direct experience with MS Project Server 2010 is preferred.
