Providing Application support and being on call as required
Integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Policy
Automation (OPA) 10.4
Familiarizing with applications and assisting in development of
Applications with Java [JEE 1.6] including EJBs, JSP development using
custom tags, Struts 2, Hibernate 4, and Java Frameworks / Packages such as
JQuery 1.7, and Apache Commons
Configuring COTS software (such as Accela) and gaining expertise in COTS
specific scripts
Developing applications and providing support in a primarily Linux OS
environment, providing production on-call support for applications,
troubleshooting, issue resolution, using SDLC, security management, testing
(unit, system, integration, performance tests), and developing technical
documentation
Working with Oracle 11g back-end, and using Crystal Reports or other report
development software to develop reports
Familiarizing with NYS E-Licensing system and gaining expertise to provide
support
Leading technical meetings and support calls
Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
