Job title: PeopleSoft QA Analyst with ePerformance/eCompensate Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long term A PeopleSoft ePerformance/eCompensation QA Analyst that will participate on an integration project. Candidate must be experienced in PeopleSoft ePerformance/eCompensate processes and their integration points with other business process areas and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with QA test activities for an implementation, including creating a detailed QA project plan and test strategy and creating test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases. Must have experience leading User Acceptance Test sessions. Essential Role Functions: * Interprets requirements data, maps current and future state business processes to the packaged application(s) being implemented, and develops plans to address functional gaps between the packaged application and the redesigned processes. * Manages customer expectations and balances the needs of the company and the customer to ensure satisfaction for both. * Experience working with Quality Center, PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Application Manager, Golden/Toad. * 6 - 8 Years of Quality Assurance experience. * Exposure to all phases of SDLC. * Involved in manual testing and functional testing of PeopleSoft application. * Experience working with the customized versions of PeopleSoft HRMS. * Experience working with how the customer's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented. * Strong communication and customer-facing skills. * Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity. * Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the customer and the company. * Ability to adjust personal style to different situations.
