Send resumes to [email protected]* * *Position: Data warehouse Production Coordinator * *Location: St Louis, MO* *Duration: 6+ Months* * * *Only Citizen* * * *Mandatory Skills* *SQL ,Teradata* * * *Responsibilities:* - Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of multiple technology projects - Runs the production job-execution process, working closely with Account managers, Business analysts, and Product Owners, to prioritize and resolve data related tickets in the backlog - Supervises daily activities of production to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives - Own incidents and problems and work to get to detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds and/or solutions for recurring issues - Coach and mentor a dedicated Team in the ways of Production Support (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc) and the appropriate behaviors associated with building a high performing Team - Responsible for identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing - Promote a collaborative Team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and high performance - Conducts production status meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. - Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables as part of change management strategy. - Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
