My client is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant for a Motor Vehicle
modernization project.  This position is for an Infrastructure Consultant
as a subject matter expert in Middleware Solutions to support our project
in Trenton, NJ. Only candidates who can be on-site in Trenton during
working hours will be considered - work cannot be done on a remote basis.

Candidates must be flexible and able to work weekend and night shift.




*Job Requirements:* As an Infrastructure Consultant, candidates must
perform the following required skills:

•             Must be able to architect, design, implement and support the
upcoming and existing middleware environments on AIX and Windows
•             Provide solutions to integrate in house web applications with
3rd party applications
•             Install, setup and administer the WebSphere Application
Server 7.x/8.x, WebSphere BPM 8.x, WebSphere Message Queue 7.x., WebSphere
Message Broker 7.x, iLOG jRules, FileNet P8 and ETL tools (IBM DataStage
and Informatica)
•             Carry out extensive and exhaustive troubleshooting to resolve
issues
•             Must have experience with network infrastructure including
DMZs, load balancers and firewalls and how they apply to applications and
projects
•             Should have in-depth understanding with the applied
experience in the Apache/IBM HTTP Web server installation, SSL
configuration and tuning including plug-in configuration
•             Comfortable with AIX System Administrator to administer an
Enterprise-sized site with minimal assistance
•             Support an enterprise scale environment 24×7
•             Should be able to script and automate the maintenance and
support duties
•             Proficiency in all aspects of AIX UNIX system administration
and WebSphere Application Server;
•             Ability to administer a WAS environment for large scale
production use.
•             Strong skills configuring servers, fundamentals of the Domain
structure, installing third party software.
•             Strong understanding AIX-based operating systems on IBM
pSeries servers.
•             Working knowledge of IBM LPAR technology on the enterprise
side, pSeries servers and experience with HP servers.
•             Experience in designing integration of infrastructure with
management and monitoring subsystems such as CA, Tivoli and Dynatrace.
•             Understands paging and swapping, inter-process communication,
devices and what device drivers do: Strong working knowledge of File
Systems and storage management.
•             Strong experience with clustering technologies including
HACMP.
•             Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing
environment concepts.
•             Familiar with current UNIX security concerns and techniques,
including single-signon technology (LDAP).
•             Can configure NFS and DNS, familiar with Cisco switches and
routers, understands basic routing concepts.
•             Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (for
example Jython, ksh, Perl, or tcl).
•             Experience with installation and configuration
