This role will collaborate with HTML designers and back-end developers to implement changes to user interfaces for high-volume, large-scale web sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> using various front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JSON), preferably for SiteCore implementations. Required Skills and Experience - HTML / CSS - JavaScript - Visual Studio 2008 / ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> / Team Foundation Server (TFS) - 5+ years translating or “wiring-up” HTML templates into ASP.NET<http://asp.net/> (C#) - 5+ years working with Javascript UI technologies - JQuery, AJAX, the DOM and JSON - Front end development using SiteCore CMS - Back-end / web service technologies – REST, SOAP, XML - Working in environments that apply the agile methodology - Expertise in rendering page designs (wireframes) using HTML/HTML5/CSS - Creating and debugging designs for multiple browsers and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) - Review user stories. Participate in planning sessions. Identify tasks related to HTML authoring and/or front-end development. Estimate effort for front-end development. - Create / update ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> code to reflect the HTML authored for new / updated pages / modules.
