Study field complaints of medical devices
· Work for CAPA process and ensure sustained CAPA compliance
· Manage the CAPA process by working actively with CAPA owners
· Support and ensure timely closure of audits by working actively
with Audit owners
· Understanding of CAPA and related processes
· Create complaint reports upon request to assist with monitoring
of specific events
· Assure the collection, compiling, reporting and dissemination of
key quality metrics is completed within the required time frame
· Excellent Oral & written communication
· Able to work with minimal supervision
· Organizational & integral—synthesize information from a variety
of sources,
· Strong analytical problem solving skills and sound statistical
application in areas such as DOE, sampling techniques, regression,
reliability, FMEA, hypothesis testing, etc
· Minitab Analysis
· Collaboration with Regulatory, Quality functions
· Gage reliability & repeatability theory & application
· Good working knowledge of Siebel and Cognos
