*Description: JAVA Developer for custom web-based application development. Applications are written in Java on the Stripes web framework using the Mybatis persistence framework. Applications are deployed to either IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat, or RedHat JBoss application servers. All data resides in either a DB2 database on an AS/400 platform or in Microsoft* *SQL Server. Individual must have good technical skills and be able to develop an application to specifications. Critical skills include: Java web development, web application frameworks (Stripes, Struts, Spring, WebWork), persistence and ORM software (Mybatis, iBATIS, Hibernate, JPA), and SQL. * *Bonus skills include: Stripes, Mybatis, DB2, AS/400 & iSeries, JavaScript/AJAX, Eclipse IDE, JavaDoc, JUnit, HTML, CSS, Lucene, Solr, Clover ETL, and Microsoft SQL Server. Job functions will include not only coding but also documenting and testing all code produced.
