*Role: QTP Automation Testing **
**Location : Chicago,IL**
**Duration: 6+ Months**
**Terms: Corp to Corp **
**Rate: $50/hr*
In this role, you’ll create automated tests from the scratch using HP
Quick Test Professional and VBScript for applications on multi
technology platforms. You must have strong understanding of testing
principles with the ability to decompose manual application test
workflows for automation coding readiness and a familiarity with
multiple automation frameworks.
Required Skills:
* Must have strong database skills to prepare and create data
repository content
* Strong understanding of basic SQL queries, GUI design standards,
especially as they relate to test automation object recognition issues
* Sound knowledge of object repositories, standard & custom
checkpoints, parameterization, and user defined functions, recovery
scenarios, descriptive programming and VBScript
* Ability to execute and maintain existing automated tests
* Experience working with multiple add-ins of QTP is a big plus
