·         *Key Systems*: Model N, Oracle EBS modules, or other systems
supporting back office processes (EDI, eCommerce systems, etc.),
SalesForce.com solutions for SFA, - Portals technologies preferred
·         *Key Processes*: Understanding of Sales Cycles, Sales Tools,
end-to-end ELA Quoting business processes, lifecycles of various enterprise
entities; Implementation of these within CRM and ERP systems for:
o    Account Management
o    Opportunity Management
o    Quoting
o    Order Management
o    Service Contract Management
o    License Fulfillment and Management
o    Invoicing
o    Products & Pricing
o    Entitlement Management
o    Install Base Management
o    Service Renewals
o    Web-based self-service portal
·         *Key Functions*: business units include: Marketing, Field Sales,
Channel Sales, Technical Services, Customer Support, Order Management,
Finance, Backoffice Application Support


This individual must be able to represent and speak to key business leaders
and stakeholders to ensure we are delivering strategic value across the
overall program.  In addition, this key player must be able to drive the
overall analyst, planning and execution of key initiatives.

*Essential Functions (Tasks and Responsibilities):*
·         Planning & Strategy
o    Oversee business aspects of project by providing senior guidance in
the constructing of project teams, charters, project plans, contingencies,
success metrics and ROI measurements
o    Influence transformation strategy improvements with business executives
o    Manage resource and budgeting processes on business side
o    Work cross-functionally to establish and manage appropriate team
structure for successful delivery across impacted organizations.
·         Project Execution
o    Manage all phases of program to success, including initiation,
planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles
o    Drive definition of business solution concepts in partnership with IT
and business constituents
o    Align program with other  client  initiatives and manage cross project
dependencies
o    Recommend and manage the alignment and prioritization of initiatives
based on business strategy and simplification to meet key objectives
o    Drive cross functional implementation of policies and procedures
·         Stakeholder/Cross-Functional Team Management
o    Establish a clear RACI around project roles and responsibilities.
o    Manage cross-functional global teams (IT, business, 3rd party vendors,
etc.) in a matrix management framework
o    Ensure successful working relationships among project teams
o    Create an environment of success to enable confident project execution
by project teams
·         Change Management & Communications
o    Facilitate change management and communication planning activities
through project lifecycle
o    Drive regular forums to update business communities and steering
committee on progress, status and issues
·         Risk/Issue Management
o    Foresee, manage, and raise appropriate visibility to risks and issues.
o    Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid
roadblocks
·         Governance
o    Help in establishing standards for program management (monitoring and
governance) including processes, appropriate project controls,
methodologies, metrics, reporting, and tools to ensure the development and
use of program/project management
*Qualifications & Experience:*
·         Education/Training
o    BS/BA degree in Business; MBA or Masters (preferred)
o    Project Management certification or equivalent;
o    Process Excellence training (preferred)
·         Experience
o    7+ years project related work experience
o    5+ years’ experience leading major Programs/Projects in a complex,
global corporate setting
o    3+ years’ experience in a global organization
o    Experience working with 3rd party vendors and the partner community
o    Project Management and SDLC lifecycle experience
·         Key Traits
o    Demonstrate good broad working knowledge of support organizations and
culture
o    Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under
pressure
o    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet
multiple deadlines
o    Ability to drive collaboration with executives, business and technical
teams to achieve effective solutions
o    Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships
o    Effective communication skills with all levels of management
o    Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a
high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
o    Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements
quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting
approaches and priorities involving others
o    Ability to think strategically
