Direct Client Need Role: SharePoint Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 12 Months Desired Experience Range: 5-8 years
Required Technical Skill Set: SharePoint 2013/ 2010, .NET 3.5 +, Silverlight, JavaScript, SharePoint Designer Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Full lifecycle experience in SharePoint Project Strong Knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing SharePoint solutions. Should have created the High Level design of the SharePoint Portal Should have worked / contributed on SharePoint Deployment Architecture Hands on experience in SharePoint Development using SharePoint Designer and .NET in the previous projects Experience developing custom .NET forms for SharePoint Experience with the design and development of custom .NET workflows, custom SharePoint web parts, Designer Workflows Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using web parts with strong working knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model Should have created the Low Level design of the SharePoint custom component Web Development experience using JAVA Script, Silverlight , CSS Hand son experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence solutions and technologies Should have worked on SSRS integrations with SharePoint Should have worked on SharePoint integration with other systems Taking directions from Architect and implementing solutions. Ability to prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment. Good-to-Have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
