*Duties**:*
This position will be responsible for supporting the operation of our End
Client US Supply Chain applications.
*Responsibilities include :
*Providing 3rd level support and warranty support for services performed on
behalf of client organizations/business functions, while informing stakeholders
of business impacting events assisting with production issues during working
hours; ensuring functional code is placed into production, tested, documented,
maintained and monitored
ensuring that the end-users are satisfied with the end result for the work.
Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to work on multiple concurrent
tasks, perform effective time management, and exhibit strong interpersonal
skill for communication with various levels of management, coworkers, and
stakeholders.
