**Interview Mode: Telephonic Then Skype** **Job Description:* Seeking a Contact Center Support resource to provide 2nd level application support of Exony software applications and participate in related project assignments. Preferred candidates will have previous work experience in call/contact centers and have prior experience supporting telephony systems and software applications. The person chosen must have knowledge of ITIL Service Management and a proven ability to enhance their contact center support capabilities. The preferred work location for this role is in the client's facility in Phoenix, AZ. Client would also consider filling the position in their Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA facility. *Responsibilities include:* • Act as an Exony Subject Matter Expert – as well as strong background in UCCE • Development of knowledge items related to Contact Center support and Exony • Work with Learning & Development group to develop technical and business training materials • Provide software issuance support for deployments/enhancements • Incident Management and change management • Provide second level support for the Enterprise Unified Communications platform • Work with infrastructure teams and other and business areas to resolve service related issues • Strong windows infrastructure skills are required, including: - Windows Server 2008 - SQL Server - Active Directory/Security - Microsoft OLAP Working knowledge / understanding of ITSM / ITIL service methodology and previous experience supporting Exony (or similar software products) is desired as well.
