**Interview Mode: Telephonic Then **Face To Face*** * * *DESCRIPTION: * This is an advanced information technology position responsible for providing high quality design, analysis, development, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance of a case management system application. Responsibilities also include supervising several advanced technical IT staff members. Duties are performed in a team-based working environment, under limited supervision. *TYPICAL DUTIES: * •Creates and manages work task plans for design and construction activities. • Leads the investigation, analysis, design proposal, development, verification and implementation phases for system functional areas, and utilizing resources from multiple technical teams. • Coordinates and directs staff/design meetings to perform analysis of current business practices, create detailed designs using Object-Oriented methodologies to meet business needs, and determine risk, size and scope of designs. •Performs complex coding and analysis of the Presentation Tier of client/server systems, using VB.NET WinForms, third-party and custom-built control libraries, XML, and Sybase T-SQL, while meeting established deadlines. • Researches user-reported problems by duplicating and identifying the problem, and reading and fixing existing code to solve the problem. • Evaluates and recommends alternative solutions and designs based on user business needs and technological opportunity; discusses alternatives and approaches with colleagues as part of a team. • Performs change management duties using the Remedy tool, guiding defect resolution and enhancements through the analysis, coding, testing and deployment phases. • Proposes, researches, evaluates and recommends new technologies and approaches for development team use. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * • Bachelor’s degree including eighteen credits in computer science; AND • Three years of related technical experience that included one year of supervisory responsibilities over advanced technical IT staff; OR • One year of experience as an IT Manager 1 within the PA Judiciary. • An equivalent combination of education, experience, and / or training may be considered *Required Skills:* VB.NET .NET Framework Sybase EAServer T-SQL Regards, Bittu chauhan Technical resource specialist Address: 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035 Work: 408-457-9381 x-4051 Email: [email protected] Web: www.idctechnologies.com "Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail can not be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
