Lead activities related to creating and managing design standards based on established technology directives. **** ? Lead activities related to modeling, visualization or otherwise document technical requirements based on stated business needs **** ? Author SOA conceptual solution design aligned with Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies and the proposed system with support from technical and product experts while ensuring that the solution aligns with IT strategic direction and architectural standards. **** ? Facilitate CUMMINS to adopt Business Process Management and Business Rules Management System. **** ? Participate as a change agent to implement new strategic directions and technology decisions by leading impact analysis and roll out of changes for a specific Product / product set. **** ? Support development of new IT standards and reference architecture including strategic directions, technology selections, and technology design patterns **** ? Maintaining awareness of industry trends and leading practices in Cummins* *** ?
