Position:Compliance Analyst Location:Minneapolis, MN/Denver, CO/Amarillo, TX Duration:6+Months Write-up: 1. Experience with the NERC CIP standards in development and implementation of processes and procedures needed to addresses compliance with those standards. 2. Experience analyzing, reporting and collating/supporting compliance products and activities to evaluate changes to cyber security and NERC CIP policies. 3. Experience developing and maintaining CIP program compliance documentation. 4. Experience with external and internal compliance audits. Description: This individual will support the Business Systems organization regarding information technology-related compliance, audit, and policies. Duties include analyzing, reporting and collating/supporting compliance products and activities; assisting in evaluating changes to cyber security and NERC CIP related policies and implementing changes as appropriate; and working to ensure completion of audit tasks. Provide oversight and guidance in the development and implementation of mandatory NERC CIP Standards. Assist management and business areas in preparation for external compliance evaluations as well as assist in conducting internal compliance evaluations. Develop, administer, and implement process to manage scheduling and tracking of internal compliance spot checks and reviews. Develop and maintain processes and procedures owned by compliance program relating to compliance with the CIP Standards. Develop and maintain CIP program compliance documentation. Work with functional units to update, enhance, clarify, and improve documentation as needed. Work with functional units as needed to collect and prepare of documentation for audits and investigations. Facilitate assimilation and preparation of documentation for external audits and investigations. Must have excellent oral, writing and technical writing skills.
