*Deliverables:*

   -          Defect Metrics  Reports
   -          Defect Causal Analysis
   -          Weekly Status Reports
   -          Test strategy, Test Scenarios and Test Cases



*Responsibilities:*

·         Good Experience on Preparation of Test Strategy/Test plan and
Test Scheduling.

·         Should have strong functional & hands-on experience to be able to
interact with Customers to develop test scenarios.

·         Host daily defect triage and able to discuss the defects with
supporting artifacts.

   -          Co-develop testing scenarios from finalized business
   requirements working with BA team.
   -          Review Test cases, Test Scripts, Test Logs delivered by
   Offshore team
   -          Create test cases if required.
   -          Coordinate with offshore testing team on daily basis and
   ensure closure of defects
   -          Keeping HPQC updated and follow-up for pending closures on
   defects
   -          Perform root cause analysis for defects and develop causal
   analysis document
   -          Escalates schedule/defect resolution deviations to Testing
   Manager
   -          Assist Testing Manager with Plan creation and schedule
   finalizations/alterations
   -          Guiding and mentoring the team on ground.
   -          Participate in Testing sign off meetings with business cu

*Skills required:*

   -          Basic PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Functionality Knowledge – Workforce
   Administration, Base Benefit, Position Mgmt., ESS/MSS,  Global Payroll
   (preferred)
   -          Experience in executing test strategies in large scale
   PeopleSoft implementations
   -          Defect lifecycle Management
   -          Excellent Communication Skills
