*Responsibilities:*
• May troubleshoot network systems and recommend improvements
to network.
• May assist in creation and modification of VoIP stations,
sites.
• Provides documentation/project tracking and management
reporting.
• Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network
planning and related projects.
• Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and
equipment.
• Provides technical support and guidance to users.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to
perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision, autonomous to some degree.
*Qualifications/Competencies/Experience:*
• Typically is a college/university graduate or has equivalent
experience.
• Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.
• Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
• Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in
a discipline or skill.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.
• Responds to routine or standard requests from internal and/or

• 5-20 Years relevant experience, LAN/WAN.
• Certification in Cisco Products CCNA, CCDA or Specialization
