 Configuration on FileNet Systems on VMware infrastructures.
 FileNet Imaging Services v3.6, v4.0, v4.1.2
 Installation & Configuration of FileNet Content Federation Services
 Configuration of MSAR (On SAN & NAS Storage Devices)
 FileNet Content Services v5.2, v5.3, v5.4, v5.5
 FileNet eProcess v5.x
 FileNet IDM Desktop, Web Services Open Client & ISRA
 FileNet Capture Professional, Fax & Print services, High Performance
Image Import (HPII)Exposure to PEGA

Experience Required
 Administration & Architecting experience in installing, configuring &
maintaining IBM FileNet Image Manager & P8 suite of products.
 Designing, Installing, Configuring & Supporting FileNet Systems on
Virtual and physical infrastructure.
 Designing large scale FileNet systems on FileNet P8/ FileNet Image
Manager suite
 Designing High volume, enterprise scale imaging infrastructures
 Designing High volume Imaging Scanner Setup for FileNet Suite.
 Supporting multi-level imaging environments (i.e.: testing, UAT,
production, DR)

Roles & Responsibilities :
 Understanding and analyzing business requirements, and defining and
translating these, into process flow maps and data model documents using
SDLC methodology.
 Ensuring requirements integrity by mapping requirements to deliverables.
 Contributing with inputs to project charters, cost-benefit analysis and
estimation of scope and timelines.
 Assisting testing by translating requirements to test cases, expected
results, expected performance.
 Serving as a resource for the Business Readiness team during evaluation
of training and performance support needs and the design of the training
and performance support products.
 Providing consultation as and when required through the project life
cycle.
 Collaborating with business leaders, IT teams and vendors to ensuring
accurate communications.
 Taking leadership role in working with and liaising with business
partners to provide research, analysis and documentation of business
process requirements & improvement opportunities.
