*Title : Technical Specialist* *Location : Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA* *Duration : 7+ months* *Skype or In-person* *Description :* Dept of Treasury is looking to create a docketing/tracking/calendar system. This will be a public-facing system allowing users to review the status of claims. The agency needs an experienced programmer/analyst who has experience creating a similar type of system, who will be responsible for gathering requirements from users, documenting and designing a system to meet these requirements, programming the system, and ultimately delivering the product to the users.
