*Position: QA Tester with HP ALM Exp.*

*Required :*
• C#/C++ with solid analytical, debugging and problem solving skills.
• SQL Server and related products
• Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ),
• Integration with SQL Server and other related products including
Windows Communications Foundation (WCF).
• Technical installation, configuration, maintenance, and
operational support of HP ALM
• Proficient in QA testing methodologies and processes
• Experience in leading initiatives/projects for use with HP ALM
• Experience identifying and resolving system issues and bugs
• Experience in computer language / code in assigned application(s)
• Hands-on experience using technical protocol is preferred.
Examples: MSMQ; .Unix/ Linux; XML
• Experience working with vendors, clients and management
• Problem and issue resolution experience. Demonstrated skill set at
taking specifications and turning them into code accomplishing required end
state
• Administer ALM to maintain and add new projects, fields,
workflows, etc.
• Customized workflow development and maintenance for ALM
• ALM customization revision control and continuous
integration/build (Subversion/SVN, Jenkins, etc.)
• ALM integrations (Atlassian Jira, HP PPM, etc.)
• Maintain user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active
Directory. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish
their goals.
• Support multiple ongoing projects.
• Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all
ALM issues. Interface with HP as needed.
· Requirements
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Business Rules engine and the .Net
Workflow capability.
• Improving the processes supported by ALM.
• Assess need for ALM upgrades; specify, execute and verify upgrade
procedures.
• Plan and perform upgrades as appropriate
• Develop integrations to related systems to exchange requirements
and defect information.
• Create ALM dashboards and custom reports
• Setting up role permissions
• Knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements
• Knowledge of life cycle of application environments is preferred
• Knowledge in assigned application(s) and broad understanding of
integrated systems
• Systems analysis and design in a PC-Windows, client-server, or
midrange environment is desired
• Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred.
