Sr. Developer State of IN Location is Indianapolis Duration is long term *Candidates must have strong Oracle ADF experience*. The Senior Developer will analyze requirements, design, develop and work within an Oracle ADF development team to deliver custom application enhancements. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: - Delivery of Oracle ADF custom application enhancements using full lifecycle methodologies. - Creation of ADF development best practices and coding standards. - Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle ADF and Weblogic. - Troubleshoot defects and perform system analysis to provide a means for solving technical and business-related problems/challenges or implement code-based performance improvements. - Work directly with IT personnel to discuss changes and challenges with integrations on internal applications. - Facilitate and coordinate change management, issue management, problem escalation and resolution. - Must have good customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment. *Qualifications* The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree is a plus, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS. - 7 + years' experience in Information Technology, specific to application development and support is required. - 4+ year's development experience with Oracle ADF. - 4+ years' experience with full development lifecycle. - 3+ years' experience with Weblogic server. - Experience with the following: - Linux (Red Hat) - Oracle RDBMS: 10g/11g - Toad, Sql - Plus, Web-ADI - Oracle database programming experience is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills. - Ability to work in a multi-developer, team environment. - Acquire and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster business expertise solutions. *Description of Duties:* Delivery of Oracle ADF custom application enhancements using full lifecycle methodologies.
