This person acts as the bridge between the business teams and IT developers, understands businesses challenges, then works closely with the technical team to implement needed changes. The Business Analyst designs business systems to improve company workflow, efficiency, and effectiveness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Define business and functional requirements for Information Technology systems.
