The successful candidate will have solid experience with various BI tool aspects including setup and configuration, schema design, objects development, SDK, security and administration, performance monitoring and tuning. This is a hands-on position that will require performing development activities, defining maintenance activities and working on a product development team. *Responsibilities:* - Gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into innovative BI solutions that effectively facilitate and enhance the development of the company's suite of products - Ability to Lead BI Project planning activities, architectural reviews, development, design, and implementation of the BI solutions. - Train and mentor team members in the configuration and maintenance of the BI environment - Participate in data model design and data build for the enterprise data - Participate in establishing processes and best practices around development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance and change management 7+ years of experience in business intelligence. - Experienced with data warehousing concepts and techniques including extensive knowledge and use of star/snowflake schema - Hands-on experience with project setup, schema creation, development of queries, documents and dashboard - Must be able to construct and troubleshoot very complex queries - Understanding and ability to participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration management and quality control - Strong problem solving skills; must be able to invent creative solutions for complex problems *Requirements:* - Solid understanding of the design and the development of the Relational Database Management Systems. - Working knowledge of the Business Intelligence tools.
