Please send me your most updated resume with contact details ASAP. *Embedded SoftwareNOVI, MICHIGAN1-3 years+ contract role* Determine customer requirements, implement and follow up as needed Develop/test/implement embedded software used in electronic control modules Develop/test/implement customer specific software components Integrate embedded software systems and overall project management. Trouble shoot software and other issues with customer implementation Provide technical support for embedded software used by product developers and test engineers at OEM's and suppliers. Meet with customers on a regular basis to develop positive, long-term, relationships. Deliver customer training including helping to develop courseware and providing instruction in classroom and workshop environments. *The ideal candidate will have:* 3+ years of experience writing embedded software C, C++ programming knowledge. Knowledge of CAN and other communication protocols a plus. General experience in the development of embedded systems. Knowledge of microcontrollers, various compilers and debuggers. Knowledge of software design and distributed embedded systems architectures. Understanding of the ECU development life cycle and in-vehicle networking systems a plus. Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills. Strong communication skills both oral and written including facilitating, listening, and presentation skills. Willingness to learn new systems and embedded applications related to all aspects of vehicle development. Good understanding of project management process. Ability to work in a team environment wearing several hats simultaneously.
