Duration : 6+months 7-10+ years of experience in SharePoint Very good experience in WSS3.0, SharePoint 2010 Foundation , SharePoint 2010 Server and SharePoint 2013 Strong Office 365 SharePoint online 2010 and 2013 experience Experience in configuring all service applications (2010) and configuring SharePoint Security. Backup and restore of the SharePoint portals, site collections, sites, lists and libraries. Hands on Experience in using Web Parts, Site Collections, Content Deployment, InfoPath Forms, Excel Services, Business Data Catalogs, Site Columns, Content Types, Authorizations, Workflows, Advanced Search, Master pages and Content pages, Search settings. Developing workflows using out of the box workflows and custom workflows using SP designer. Experience in migrating WSS 3.0 to SharePoint Foundation 2010 and Office 365 SharePoint Online Good knowledge of STSADM and Power Shell commands. Experienced in using third party Administration tools like DocAve V5/V6 Content and Deployment Manager, Idera SharePoint Backup and Idera DM. Very Strong skills in using Quest Web Parts/Web Apps Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form. Proven experience with optimization, troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques. Working knowledge in IIS A Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): SharePoint Administrator 2010 or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SharePoint Server 2010 Configuration or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Configuration. Basic knowledge of SQL Server database Administration Administration of Existing and New SharePoint Environments both on-premise and Office 365 SharePoint Online Configuring Office 365 SharePoint Online to the Enterprise Production Systems Working on the SharePoint Web Parts in on-premise and SharePoint WebApps in SharePoint online Design the SharePoint sites based on the user requirements in both on-premise SharePoint (2007 and 2010) and SharePoint Online (2013) Apply service packs Ensure complete and accurate backups of the SharePoint Farm happen on a regular schedule. Installing and Configuring SharePoint Work with developers to deploy SharePoint changes Maintain a change management log for the production environment. Plan for migration to future versions of any relevant products in the technology stack Participate in DR planning and conduct the DR Testing Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the SharePoint System Strong Performance tuning skills Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the SharePoint Farms and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
