Key *Competencies Required:* Application support team experience Experience with support of device client software deployed in field locations Process Design and Architecture Program/Project Management Relationship Management and Service Testing *JD:*This role is required as a lead to help define and sustain the Support team for the Smart Equipment Network (SEN), a key priority for client and its Innovation agenda. The candidate will partner with key BIS teams to help create best of breed support processes and organization to sustain the various software solutions supporting SEN POC, pilot, market test and production operations. The role will also deliver across server application software support, client software support, data analysis and repair, and monitoring of system infrastructure activities.
