Job Description:The consultant MUST HAVE the following experience.


   - At least 4 years Performance testing experience  (web, web service,
   windows service)
   -  Understanding of web based architecture and Microsoft solutions for
   web server architecture including IIS, .NET, Web Services, Caching, and SQL
   Server.  AppFabric experience is a plus.
   - General understanding of development in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
   with C#
   -  Experience with evaluating performance results and troubleshooting
   performance regression test issues
   - Understanding of CLR and .Net memory utilization and counters
   - Experience in analyzing memory dumps
   - Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design and
   implementation
   - Experience in running and analyzing SQL traces
   - Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Detail oriented, thorough and a problem solver
   - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
   - Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks at the same time
   - Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
   environment
