We are responsible for the deployment and operations of all IntelXchange installations, whether hosted or locally installed at customer site. IntelXchange is a semi-real-time Data Integration, Data Analysis and Business Process Automation platform that hides the complexity of the underlying Systems-of-Record, enabling the users to build their own strategic business processes. The team is located in Iceland, Dallas, Krakow and Montevideo and growing rapidly.* *Main Duties and Responsibilities* - Installing, configuring and maintaining Unix/Linux systems - Deploy, maintain and operate a large, mission critical application which is written in Java and using Linux, Oracle, MQ Websphere and Tomcat - Provide 24x7x365 third-level on-call support as part of a rotation for high-profile travel-related hosted applications - Systematically troubleshoot difficult and/or complex application, system, and/or network issues as they arise - Define and document a process to ensure that the components that make up a production service have adequate capacity and scalability to handle anticipated traffic volumes - Act as part of the implementation team as changes are being introduced into the certification/staging and production environments.
