*Job Title: Identity & Access Management Architect/Developer Location: Fort Worth, TXDuration: 12+ months* *Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the architectural design of technology solutions supporting access control management. Design, develop and implement the directory services components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. Develop viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements.Develop, enhance, and provide support for the access management product suite.Develop detailed access management tool specifications.Lead and develop new solutions based on business and technical requirements, leveraging product features or customer code as necessary.Ensure that the design, development and implementation meet the defined architectural footprint and are within corporate and department standards.Coach and provide technical assistance to customers and other IT individuals when needed.Test and implement projects/systems and enhancements using approved techniques that preserve project/system integrity.Insure that programs and projects/systems are functionally appropriate, technically sound and well integrated to the environment.Produce accuarate and thorough process documentation as required.Develop appropriate interfaces and insure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.Assist in the coordination of customer acceptance testing and insure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication.Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance.Provide customer support 24x7 on a rotating basis.Perform other special duties as assigned.
