*Responsibilities:*
- Detailed Understanding of Business requirements
- Produce Functional specification documents and other related artifacts
in the prescribed templates
- Review Technical Specification document
- Review test plans to validate proper coverage of functionality
documented in the FSD
- Collaborate with analysts and technical teams from interfacing
applications
- Analyze defects reported by quality assurance team
- Collaborate with business partners for seeking clarifications on
requirements
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor degree in CS or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ Years experience working in a collaborative role within IT
- *Strongly Desired - *prior experience with and solid
understanding of *SalesForce
*platform and its features
- Experience in the development and design of functional specifications
for complex projects
- Experience with programming/development highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation
skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Knowledge of tooling in the Application Lifecycle Management space
will be a huge plus
- Experience with analytical tools such as MS Office Suite, Visio, DB
Artisan
- Experience with commonly used SDLC methodologies such as waterfall,
iterative, agile, etc.
- Knowledge of Web architecture, Object Oriented Architecture (OOA) and
Service oriented Architecture (SOA) will be a plus
- Insurance industry experience will also be a plus
