*Siebel Tech Lead ( UCM Experience )*

Plan, manage and execute on all project tasks to ensure successful and high
quality deliveries of enterprise Siebel CRM and UCM applications

• Responsible for all deliverables, including the design and implementation
of the Siebel CRM and UCM solutions

• Proven experience implementing large CRM projects (Oracle/Siebel), having
excellent foundational knowledge of Siebel application integration
architecture, to deliver/articulate solutions for integrating with other
systems, by exploiting all features and capabilities of Siebel technology.

• Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient
development techniques, standards and guidelines

• Develop and test Siebel solutions (configuration, integrations and data
conversions) using Siebel Tools to meet business requirements

• Adhere to SDLC standards for design, coding, and security

• Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient
development techniques, standards and guidelines

• Experience in Siebel eCommuncation with implementation in Telecom Domain
is must.

• Experience managing and providing technical direction and guidance to
medium-size development teams (i.e. up to 8 Siebel developers, testers,
configuration resources)

• Strong understanding of Siebel data model, data architecture and
application architecture

• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work in a high paced, multiple vendor global environment
