The responsibilities for the Organizational Change Management include
working with the OCM Lead to manage, develop, implement and integrate IT
initiatives or programs related to all or some of the following
organizational development activities:
•Change Management, Organizational Design, Communications, Training and
Talent Management
*Other key responsibilities include:*
•Conducts stakeholder assessments, and defines and executes stakeholder
engagement plans
• Assists with assessing leadership alignment and defining and executing
leadership engagement plans
•Assesses change impacts and defines appropriate change actions
•Defines and executes change readiness assessments
•Assists in establishing and executing role mapping processes
•Assists in the development and implementation of organization transition
approach(es)
•Works with the Delivery Teams to prepare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for
their respective roles
•Manages the change agent network and super user program
•Facilitates the capability transfer program
•Designs, develops and executes on communication related activities
•*5-7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management on large IT
implementations*
• *Expertise utilizing a proven Change Management Methodology*
•Proficient in the creation of change deliverables, such as change
strategy, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, needs/gap analysis,
communications and training plans and deliverables, etc.
•Proven ability to work efficiently with members of the change and project
team to gather requirements and complete deliverable reviews and approvals
•Previous experience working in a consulting environment
•Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively
analyze business processes with knowledge of Process Improvement
Initiatives, Process Mapping, and Business Process Reengineering
•Competency in modeling, simulating and analyzing the "As-Is" and "To-Be"
scenarios
•High level of competence with *MS Office, including word, excel &
PowerPoint*
•Previous experience with large IT global implementations

Project Objective - Deploy a common best practice P2P process,
supported and enforced by a global IT solution, for indirect procurement,
across all client non- manufacturing sites around the
world, independently of the systems they are running currently
• Project Scope includes:
o Indirect procurement
o Contracts, Purchase requisition, Purchase orders, ASN, receipts,
invoices, returns
o Purchasing document approval workflows
o Catalog management
o Online vendor collaboration for vendors part of Ariba network
o Spend analytics
o Web access

This upper level role will be responsible for supporting the EPMO and
setting Change Management Methodology with in EMPO.
*Must have experience with Clarity upgrades and training.*
Formal Change Methodology Certifications are preferred.
Pharma Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
