You will be working with customers providing services and support that enable them to leverage enterprise platforms. A key element of success will be to build and maintain effective client, peer and partner relationships in order to drive results and efficiencies. *Responsibilities:* Provides third level functional and technical support of a large XenApp 6.5 environment with more than 5000 users. Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Communicates fluently orally and in writing, and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Works closely with customers to define their functional requirements, convert into technical requirements and implement plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets and in accordance with relevant procedures. Manages efforts related to the implementation of functional and technical processes and solutions. Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability exercising substantial personal responsibility and autonomy. Performs a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities, in a variety of contexts.
