The candidate will be responsible for creating, executing and maintaining test cases manually. The candidate will be responsible in assisting to develop, maintain and grow a library of automated Selenium Webdriver tests. The candidate must be capable of transforming manual test cases into Selenium Webdriver tests using Java programming language. The candidate will be required to review functional requirements to asses their impact on the software applications and formulate tests cases from them. The candidate must be well versed in Software QA concepts, practices and tools and will rely on their extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The candidate must be capable of presenting regular progress reports, defect reports and test execution reports. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem solving skills, an ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience working with RDBMS. Strong SQL knowledge. Experience with UNIX is required. Other programming/scripting languages is a big plus (shell, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Python preferred). Experience in the financial industry is required while experience with Fixed Income products preferred. Experience with using defect tracking and test management tools are required.
