*Job Title: * *Network Operations Analyst**Location:* Plymouth, MN *Duration: *6+ Months *MUST LOCALS ONLY FACE TO FACE REQUIRED. * This role will be working within a data center environment monitoring the client network and responding to outages and working with internal departments to restore services, etc. Please note the shift below - Rotating Shift Coverage: 4 dayshift 7am -7PM 4days off Then 4 night shift 7pm - 7am Two weeks in succession * This function coordinates the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. * Monitors environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. * This function also includes those who operate and monitor computer and peripheral equipment. * Coordinates the efforts of all functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner. * Documents all problems (hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as required. * Interfaces with other departments as required. * This is needed based on workload and coverage for our rotating shift. This position will be on the shifts as the rotating shift needs a minimum of 3 for coverage.
