KEY OUTPUTS: * Project development plans* Project communication plans* Project reports* Project activity* Project implementation KEY RELATIONSHIPS:* IT senior management* Department heads (clients)* Department staff (clients)* Project staff/members* Vendors KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: * Project managed successfully to completion.* Project meets defined targets, goals, timelines and budget.* Sense of accomplishment/ satisfaction by Team Members.* Project communication is successful and thorough. QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience*.* PMP certificate is preferred.* *EXPERIENCE:* Five (5+) or more years of progressively responsible project management experience.* Experience in the life insurance industry or information technology is preferred.* Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)* Experience using Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).* DIMENSIONS/SCOPE: * NADECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:* Design and development of the project plan.* Assignment of project activities.* Development f project communication plan.* Performance metrics and the reporting thereof.
