Note: Need EAD, GC, U.S Citizen and F2F is required!!* *Here is the Job Description*: *Sr. Business Analyst Exp with Financial industry!Philadelphia, PA6+ Months* *Qualifications*: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business is preferred A minimum of four years hands on experience as a business analyst, IT analyst or former developer / analyst Very strong Analytical and Critical reasoning skills Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment Experienced in troubleshooting and solution design Very strong communication (verbal and written) and people skills Strong presentation and projection skills Experience with creation and maintenance of functional and/or technical specifications is required Experienced with designing or architecting application solutions, processesor interfaces is required Experience with creation and execution of test plans and test scenario / cases is required Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, other)or equivalent demonstrated experiencein general business concepts (including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, purchasing, receiving, inventory) is a must / required. Experience with working with a mid-sized or large software development team is a must / required Experience with Testing Tool Suites (Quality Center, Telerik, etc..) Experience with IT change management (change promotion / migration) Experience with managing projects (i.e. inclusive of Project Management Tools and Methodologies – PMLC / SDLC) is a plus. Experience with Business process engineering / re-engineering is a plus. Proficiency with SOX is a plus.
