*Here is the Job Description*: *ServiceNow EngineerNew York, NY3-6+ Month Contract* *Requirements*: Expert knowledge of Service Now Application (at least 2 years) Maintain and create service level agreement matrix(SLA) Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Service Now Discovery module - comfortable deploying discovery In a multi-datacenter environment Support Single-Sign On instances Create and use update sets to move customizations between system Aptitude to troubleshoot L2/L3 problems as they relate to ServiceNow Application Well versed with documenting process and procedures implemented into ServiceNow Intermediate skill with JavaScript required for process development and automation; experience with XML Ability to generate custom reports, gauges and HomePages as required Ability to come up with solutions for improving procedures and workflows Search, populate, and customize the knowledge base Strong understanding of cloud technologies, web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3). Understanding of enterprise IT architecture. Working knowledge of relational databases.
