Our client has taken over a managed project to handle a majority of applications production support for our client , SHOULD have prior ex with production support roles, , escalations, prioritization and ticketing systems NICE TO HAVE capital markets app experience along with the urgency of such an environment Will have to go through a background check and fingerprinting process.
