Certified VMware admin with well rounded experience on Dell hardware and configuration. *Complete Description:* Certified VCP 5 VMware admin with well rounded experience on Dell hardware and configuration. Must have experience working in a fast paced enterprise virtual infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Vmware sphere, ESXi and Vcenter management. Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (view 4.x and 5.x) in a large scale environment. Extensive experience with Vcenter and ESX configuration and deployment. Must have strong troubleshooting skills in VMware windows operating systems. *Behavior Characteristics:* Must be able to communicate clearly both written and orally. Skills: *Skill* *Required / Desired* *Amount* *of Experience* *Expertise Rating* extensive administrative experience in Vmware Virtual infrastructure Required 3 Years 3 - Expert experienced in diagnosing and resolving vSphere performance issues Required 3 Years 3 - Expert Experience with Dell Blade servers, standalone servers, and Open manage. Required 3 Years 2 - Proficient Experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) in an enterprise environment Required 3 Years 3 - Expert Windows Active Directory experience in an enterprise environmnet Required 3 Years 3 - Expert experience with foglight, solar winds, or other virtual infrastructure monitoring tools Highly desired 3 Years 2 - Proficient VMware Certified Professional - VCP5 Required 2 - Proficient Experience with P2V (physical to virtual) and V2V (virtual to virtual) migrations Required 3 Years 2 - Proficient Any Microsoft administration certification Required The qualified candidate must hold a VCP5 certification AND any Microsoft administration certification - please confirm which Microsoft administraction certification the candidate holds. Both are required because the candidate must be able to manage vsphere (VMware) and the Operating system (windows) running on it.
